Kissing this character: Sure, but this is an experience. He's an incredibly good kisser, to the point of being able to use it as a "combat" tactic, so let's talk about exactly how silly this will get.
Flirting with this character: It'll probably fly over his head or he'll brush it off, but yeah you can do that. Or he'll take it as teasing or something, he's not good at romance.
Fighting with this character: Yep! He's easy to get the better of, physically, but he's one of those "weak but skilled" types so you can't expect to defeat him easily. Might be best to shoot me a message somewhere to chat about this.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I think I'm willing to go up to broken bones (not severely broken, but broken) without any real prior planning? Let's talk about what you want to do to him, I'll probably say yes.

Warnings: Nagisa is from a canon about killing. He has killed. He will probably talk about things in terms of killing. Also mad science is a thing in his canon, it may come up. And several characters in his canon, himself included, have attempted suicide tactics against their target, and he doesn't have the fear that might stop him from trying something like that again. His history also contains the subject of child abuse (mental/emotional/physical) and also gender presentation issues. Finally, he's kinda snaky in nature, if you're bad with snakes maybe tread carefully?

Can he use the Nekodamashi? If our characters get into a fight, this is his first option for a stun tactic. Would you prefer I avoid it? Is there some reason it wouldn't work, such as your character being deaf? Let me know here.
Can he use the Kiss of Death? This isn't one he's likely to use unless he has to. It involves smooching. Mid-fight smooching. The only time in Assassination Classroom when it isn't played for laughs is when he does it. It's unlikely to come up anyway, but if you want me to avoid it, have a reason it wouldn't work, or would like to plot out it coming up, this is the place to let me know.
Can he see your character's Wavelength of Consciousness? This is the big one. Nagisa's observational skills are top-notch, and this involves being able to make very accurate guesses about mental and emotional states. It's not mind-reading - but it's the closest an ordinary human being can pull off. It's unlikely to work well on beings without human features or human thought processes/tells. Can I use this in tags with you? It's a pretty key feature, but I am able to avoid it.
